Are the cards included?

No, that’s the point. TCG never sells cards: you place your own inside the artwork. We create the setting.

What exactly is an artwork?

An illustration designed for a 9-pocket binder page: dedicated slots hold your cards, the rest extends their universe.

Which formats?

The physical version: the 9 artwork cards printed by us and delivered to you, in A4 / US Letter, 3×3 binders. The print-at-home digital version is coming back soon.

Which paper do you print on?

Thick 300 gsm paper, the weight of a real trading card: it holds between your fingers and will not curl in the pocket. Printed in-house in France, and protected by a TCG sleeve.

Where do you ship?

France and Europe at launch.

How long before my order arrives?

Every print is made to order. Allow a few days of making, then postal time. The exact lead time is repeated in your confirmation email, and you are told when the parcel leaves.

What if the piece arrives damaged?

Write to us with a photo and your order number: we remake it, no argument.

When do I get the digital version?

The download link goes out as soon as payment is confirmed. Your files stay available from your account, with no time limit.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes for a physical print, under the withdrawal terms. Not for a digital file already downloaded: that is why the waiver is asked for explicitly at checkout.
